Graduate in Law and Political Sciences –Honorary Chapter, Sigma Lambda–, graduated from the University of Panama; He completed a Master in Negotiation, Mediation, and Arbitration at the Latin American University of Sciences and Technology and a Postgraduate in Alternative Conflict Resolution Methods at the same study center, receiving the honor degree Suma Cum Laude.
In maritime matters, he studied at the University of Panama for a Master's Degree in Maritime Procedural Law with an emphasis in International Maritime Law and obtained certification as Port Professional Manager (PPM) by the American Association of Port Authorities in collaboration with Trainmar Americas.

Lawyer graduated from the University of Panama; she completed a Master in Environmental Management at the Latin American University of Sciences and Technology, receiving the Magna Cum Laude degree of honor.
Member of the National Bar Association and serves as an Environmental Mediator and Conciliator, with suitability issued by the Ministry of Government of the Republic of Panama.
It specializes in investment structuring and asset protection through corporate instruments, providing legal certainty to companies and guiding them in monitoring due diligence processes.
Lawyer, with a degree in Law and Political Sciences from the University of Panama, in 1989. He has a Master's and Postgraduate Degree in Tax Law and Tax Processing from the UNESCPA University, in 2017 and a Diploma in Literary Creation from the University Technological of Panama.
His professional experience is wide and varied, in these 31 years. Before practicing law, worked as a Journalist and Social Communicator, for which reason he maintains his firm bases in the defense of fundamental freedoms and the right to information, above all else.

She studied law at the University of Panama, where she graduated in 2006. It has specialized studies in the degree of Master in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management.
This specialty supports her as a counselor for companies to participate in processes of acquisition of goods and government purchases. Likewise, she has a passion for studying jurisprudence in Agrarian jurisdiction and Land Titling Processes, for which she also specializes in land tenure processes and the resolution of land conflicts in informal settlements.
